Reconnect & Expand is a sacred 1:1 offering designed for the woman who’s been carrying too much for too long. For the woman who feels stuck and needs the clarity so she can expand into more of herself.

This is your space to breathe, release, and remember who you are beneath it all.

This series brings together:

  • 1 x Intuitive Reading Session (60 mins)
    We start here with the clarity. Clearing out the mental chatter and unsteadyness and grounding into what we know is real and right. You’ll receive messages, guidance and clarity from your spirit team — including insights around emotional healing, soul path direction, and the energetic shifts ready to unfold.

  • 3 x Reset Healing Sessions (60 mins each)
    Weaving counselling, coaching and energetic work, these sessions are somatic-based, nervous system-supported space for emotional release, self-regulation, and deep recalibration. You’ll be held to explore your inner world and guided through a personal soul-remedy of restorative practices, intuitive insight, and nervous system rituals just for you.

Together, these sessions offer a fusion of grounded therapeutic support and expansive intuitive activation

These sessions are designed to be tailored uniquely to what you need in that moment. Some days that could be someone to listen intently so you can share it all, some days it could be seeking reassurance or solutions to support you in moving forward. This is highly adaptive and guided by what you need in that moment.

I am a qualified Counsellor, Certified Life Coach, Intuitive Healer and Medium, Sacred Circle Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner. It’s a unique blend but it all weaves together perfectly to support you in your journey to more balance and fulfillment.

In our sessions together I weave in aspects of Life Coaching, Counselling and energetic support for a deeper level of support and healing.
