We all deserve to feel a lot better than we do. But parenting and motherhood is stressful most of the time, for most of us. And you’re here because you’re likely at your wits end.

Everything compounds and it all feels like too much. You’re not alone. But it can be much better than this.

We all know we need to create space for a reset and recharge - but it feels almost impossible to do so.

I’m a Counsellor, Coach, Author, Intuitive Healer and mama to three gorgeously wild children. I support women and mothers in feeling more connected as a mother and liberated as a woman. And yes, the two can co-exist!
For years I struggled through my own mental health journey and realised so much of my internal pain was from a lack of two things… conscious motherhood and self-embodiment.

I was being so incredibly hard on myself as a mama and was convinced I was failing at everything. I was judgemental of myself and riddled with mum-guilt. But I also wasn’t nurturing and honouring the woman within… I had literally abandoned all of that in order to dive deep into motherhood.

And that’s what so many women do. Then we burn out. We feel resentful. We are depleted. We feel unfulfilled. We suffer silently because surely no other woman feels like this.

But they do. Since then I’ve spent years working on myself, devouring books, educating myself, writing my own books so that I can work with women to help us embrace a more loving and conscious approach to motherhood alongside honouring and loving the woman within.
